vitro diagnostic use only. Store at room temperature below 86 F (30 C).

Keep out of direct sunlight and humidity.

Warranty

The Advocate Glucose Monitor is warranted to be free of defects in

material and workmanship for the period of one (1 ) year from the

date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable. This warranty

does not apply to the performance of an Advocate Meter that has

been damaged by accident or has been altered, misused, tampered

with, or abused in any way.
